contractor for construction projects.

complete a program of in-service training in school nursing approved by PDE. Districts would retain the option of employing a school certificated nurse.

parameters for training and employment of registered nurses. PDE would also be
required to undertake a study on the effectiveness of utilizing registered nurses.

development program that meets the Pennsylvania school leadership standards

that nothing in the bill shall be construed to impair existing collective
bargaining agreements.

postsecondary institutions that choose to participate in the Opportunities for

school districts that are not eligible for reimbursement for school construction
projects from being required to participate in PlanCon.
